The food was great. I do wish the spice level was more customizable. The only con I would say is that I did not expect so many items to be unavailable on the menu for a Tuesday morning — three meals and all coffees. Other than that, the server was amazing and extremely accommodating. I forget her name, I just remember than it starts with the letter "I" if I'm not mistaken. She did a great job at manning the place by herself that morning and afternoon my party came in.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a new vegan, Aunts et Uncles has quickly become my go-to spot in Brooklyn! I’ve worked my way through most of the menu, and everything has been amazing. My weekly favorites are the Karib Meatballs, Roasted Potatoes, Smash Burger, Heirloom Lasagna with Ground Meat, and Pudding Cake. The portions are generous—the lasagna easily lasts me two meals! The food is flavorful, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the drinks never disappoint. They also have a great rewards program through Toast Local—just download the app or enter your phone number at the kiosk when ordering. And yes… the lasagna is still in the to-go packaging because I’m taking it to work for lunch! 🤣 If you’re in the Flatbush/Nostrand Avenue area and looking for delicious plant-based comfort food, Aunts et Uncles is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

10/10!!! Before entering the restaurant, I was greeted by multiple staff members. Then once I got inside, there were even more people that welcomed me! Came here for the first time with my family & we enjoyed ourselves tremendously! Got to meet the owners, the artist who created the lovely decor, etc. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I ordered the Cryin Ryan bowl, and the remainder of my family, the AU burger & Fruit of Heirloom Lasagna. Absolutely a wonderful intimate experience in being treated like family here!

Great food and service!!! The waitresses were beautiful inside and out, and the food was very creative and tasty! I recommend the pudding cake and lasagna, but you really can’t go wrong here! The half and half was also a nice touch! I am definitely a designated “niece” of the establishment :)

Deliciously fresh and flavorful food. Found this place online while looking for a casual spot to meet a plant-based friend with real-food options. We had the hearts of palm lobster roll, spicy mushroom sandwich, fresh side salads, ginger/sorrel juices, and cream of earl gray iced tea. Staff was friendly and did not rush us through our meal. Highly recommend!
