That said, it’s still Costco — good deals, solid products, and helpful staff doing their best in an impossible setup. But unless you enjoy a little chaos with your bulk shopping, be prepared for some serious patience training and shoulder bashing to get through people just chilling in the middle of the walkway (no spacial awareness at all)Very large costco with 2 floors. The inventory there is large and you'll likely find what you're looking for at this location. They have a huge parking lot but during busy hours you'll have trouble finding a spot.

One of the few Costcos that I visited that has 2 floors. The bakery and roasts plus most of the fruits and frozen section are located upstairs. This means you gotta out your trolley on an escalator conveyor belt. Found their hot dogs below average as the bread was dry and crumbly. Pizza dough was tough.

I am extremely disappointed by an incident that occurred at the Costco food court on July 7 at approximately 6:15 PM. Employee Elizabeth verbally abused my elderly mother, made offensive slurs, and physically shoved her shopping cart. No customer—especially an elderly person—should ever be treated with such disrespect and aggression. This experience left our family shocked and upset. Costco has built a reputation for excellent customer service, which made this employee’s behavior even more unacceptable. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and takes appropriate action to address this incident. Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected while shopping. I would appreciate a response from management regarding how this incident will be addressed.

I had a great experience at this Costco today. Ria and her colleague (Sorry I forget your name) were extremely helpful with my return, even though the item was purchased few years ago. They did everything they could within their ability, and when something needed extra approval, they reached out to the manager for help. Ria was patient, professional, and very kind the whole time. She and her colleague explained things clearly and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I really appreciate their positive attitude and willingness to help. This kind of service makes customers feel respected and valued. Thank you, Ria, and thank you to the Costco team!

Hands down one of the best Costcos in the city! My family and I roll up here every single weekend like clockwork and we always leave happy. The prices are ridiculous (in the best way), the selection is massive, and everything feels fresh. Even with the weekend crowds it’s still way more organized than most spots in Brooklyn. The $1.50 hot dog combo is still undefeated — that alone keeps us coming back. Real talk: if you’re in Brooklyn and you got a family, this is the move. Been a member for years and it never disappoints. Keep doing what you’re doing, Costco Brooklyn! Five stars all day. 🇺🇸
