Duane Nishimoto· 2 months agoLeft on a transatlantic Queen Mary 2 cruise from here to Southampton, England, with a return to the same terminal. The terminal was fine, but Cunard’s (the QM2s business name) did not do very well with the embarkation from the terminal, nor did they do well with the disembarkation back into the terminal. See my photos of lines in the terminal for embarkation and lines on the ship upon disembarkation. The ship blamed the long lines on the ship to the immigration check going slowly. When we got into the terminal it seemed apparent the lines on the ship were due to the slowness of luggage coming off the ship. The immigration check was organized and quick.
Michael Demb· 6 months agoBoarding process was smooth and quick. We left our bags at the landing area and they were next to our room by end of the day, as promised. Taxi from the terminal to the airport was a smooth and not an expensive experience.
Brittni Williams· 6 months agoThe Brooklyn Cruise Terminal was very easy to navigate from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, signage was clear, and the layout made embarkation quick and stress-free—even with a decent crowd. The only downside is when you leave the port. The cobblestone roads outside are full of potholes and very uneven. It made for a pretty rough ride, especially in a smaller car. If possible, I’d recommend using a truck or SUV, or at least just be prepared to go slow on the way out. Overall, a great terminal experience, just expect a bumpy exit!
Zia Qureshi· 9 months agoBrooklyn Cruise Terminal is organized & operated professionally. It caters to large passengers on daily basis, handle large luggage movements, immigration & all supplies. The pick up areas could have a better organization though.
Jane Wren· a year agoWe left on a cruise from here 2 years ago and the boarding took a LONG time! Of course there was 5,000 people boarding...but it was crazy! This time was a breeze! Drop luggage to boarding in less than 10 minutes!! We walked straight on! It's a clean, large facility and both times the staff were awesome!! They deserve a lot of praise for all they deal with ..all with a smile and grace.
