Aka· 2 months agoBrooklyn Bridge Park is definitely one of the touristy things to do in the city. Spending an evening here is such a memorable experience, with breathtaking views, beautiful sunsets, lively events, and some of the best photo opportunities in the city. The park offers stunning views of the Manhattan skyline, the Brooklyn Bridge, and even the Statue of Liberty. You can simply sit by the waterfront, relax, and take in the incredible scenery, or walk around and explore different sections of the park. It is also a dream spot for photography, with countless opportunities to capture beautiful pictures with the iconic bridges and skyline as your backdrop. There are even professional photographers around who can take memorable shots for you. Beyond the views, the park has plenty of activities and spaces to enjoy, including playgrounds, sports courts, and open areas where people can relax and spend time outdoors. The atmosphere is lively yet peaceful, making it ideal for families, couples, photographers, or anyone who wants to slow down and enjoy the city. The area also has a wonderful creative vibe. You can find dessert spots, artist markets, and sometimes the Brooklyn Flea Market, where vendors sell unique handmade and artistic items. On some evenings, there are music events or a party like atmosphere under the bridge before entering the park, with great music, local artists, and a fun crowd. It’s a perfect place to stroll, enjoy the sunset, browse local art, take pictures, or simply sit and watch the city lights come alive. There are clean restrooms available, and you’ll also find street carts selling water and snacks. However, during the warmer months, make sure to carry your own water because it can get quite hot while walking around. Overall, Brooklyn Bridge Park is a beautiful combination of nature, city views, art, music, and the classic New York experience. It is absolutely worth adding to your NYC itinerary.
Calvin Li· 3 months agoThis while park is spectacular to walk, run or ride a bicycle. The view is incredible of lower Manhattan skyline and there is a smaller park here with plenty of shade for toddlers and below. My kiddo enjoys riding the bicycle here. There are other piers with different activities. Basketball, pickle ball, soccer fields, and a lovely calestinics and machines station
MLC· 2 months agoAbsolutely stunning views from this park. Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge. Jane’s Carousel. Time Out Market. You can even see the Statue of Liberty in the distance. It feels surreal to be staring at iconic lower Manhattan just across the river. Grab something to eat and a bench and enjoy a couple of hours of bliss. We were here last week and are still talking about the views.
Summer· 5 months agoThe views are incredible from this park. It is absolutely beautiful and all in the shadow of the Brooklyn bridge. It has a very nice restroom with a lovely seating area with tables. Incredible breeze coming off the water and the best part you can get there with the ferry. Lots of ice cream shops!
Mansur Uddin Chowdhury· 5 months agoIt is a wonderful architectural marvel. Every visit brings joy and the beautiful city view with panaromic scenery add more to it. The skyscrapers and the city skyline is a rare exploration. The adjacent parks are breathtaking and a place where time stops. You sit there waiting for sunset and the gentle breeze will make it more enjoyable.
