As a big Apple fan, it is definitely perfect Apple Store what I saw. The all sales guys are kindly and patient to figure the questions out . I always saw genuine smile on their face that make me feel really comfortable like back to home.

I went in earlier to trade in my old laptop and make sure all of my data was transferred onto my new laptop. I had a very positive experience. The Apple store was very busy so I was assisted by a number of associates. I was impressed with the entire staff: they were calm, professional, patient, and respectful. Each team I worked with a new associate, the transition was flawless with no gaps. I only remembered one associate's name: LC. They were great: super thorough, caring, and transparent. I appreciate the Apple Genius support staff for all of their help. Thank you again!

I had been an Apple customer for over 15 years, but unfortunately this experience was the final straw. I arrived at the Apple Store at 10:00 AM and didn’t leave until 4:30 PM. After spending six and a half hours there, my issue was still not resolved. Instead, the technician erased both my personal and work data. When I asked if they could recover my information, the only solution they offered was for me to buy a new phone. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of ownership and accountability. Throughout the day, I was assisted by five different technicians. Every time someone new came over, I had to explain the entire situation from the beginning. It felt like they were trying to guess what to do rather than following a clear plan to solve the problem. Because the store handles such a high volume of customers, there was no personalized attention. Each time a technician left to help someone else and then returned to me, they had forgotten where we had left off or what they had already tried on my phone. The process was disorganized, repetitive, and incredibly frustrating. I understand that technical issues can happen, and I don’t expect perfection. What I do expect is commitment, accountability, and a genuine effort to resolve a customer’s problem. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that. The level of customer service and technical support I’ve received from Apple over the past few years has steadily declined, and this experience convinced me it was time to move on. After 15 years as a loyal Apple customer, I have decided to switch to Google, where I finally received the help and customer service I had hoped for.

I walked in with no appointment TO ASK A QUESTION. I did not expect to be seen or wanted to be seen. A gentleman said it would be an hour wait - NOTHING ELSE. Of course, after that interaction, I absolutely assumed I would be seen today… and because no one mentioned anything otherwise. I wasn't insistent, just waited patiently around the neighborhood. This location had me waiting over an hour and a half. Then I was told I wouldn't be serviced today due to the time. AFTER I mentioned my wait time, the male agent said he'd see what he could do. Then I was told my phone would be the very last at 8:45 pm. I got there between 4 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. and was told this at 5:40 p.m. Once again, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No - “Just to let you know.. You may not be seen if “I apologize for the misunderstanding; it's because of...” “We prioritize those with appointments, and today it's actually...” I bet any of the other Caucasusian dudes waiting at my table would've received ACTUAL customer service FROM THE JUMP Instead, what I got from the male who “helped me” was “How am I supposed to know?” 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠 HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW AS THE CUSTOMER WHEN NOT A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL COMMUNICATED ANYTHING FROM THE START, END, AND IN BETWEEN. Other than wait here, wait over, wait longer. SO WHO'S IN CHARGE? WHO'S MANAGING? HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM? AM I MAKING THE APPOINTMENTS? AM I MANAGING? “How am I supposed to know?”

I want to say a huge thank to the amazing person Wyatt at the Apple Store in Williamsburg who helped me recover my pictures and important documents after a software update made everything disappear from my MacBook Pro. I had already been told at another Apple Store that my files were gone, so I was extremely disappointed and worried. But this person took the time to help me and brought everything back onto my desktop. You truly saved me! Thank you so much for your patience, knowledge, and exceptional service. I’m incredibly grateful! 🙏🍎
