Brooklyn, New York

Williamsburg

A busy mix of neighborhood restaurants, music venues, independent shops, and parks along the East River.

Build a walk, not a checklist

Browse the streets around Bedford Avenue, then head toward Domino Park or Marsha P. Johnson State Park for river views. Williamsburg is larger and more varied than its best-known shopping blocks.

Food and evenings

Leave room for a bakery stop and an unhurried meal. For live music or a late night, check venue calendars, age restrictions, ticket policies, and the trip home before you go.

Getting here

The L serves Bedford Avenue; the G serves parts of the neighborhood farther east. NYC Ferry is another option for the waterfront. Check weekend service changes.
