Excellent experience with Prime NYC Window Cleaners. Ivan and Andrew were right on time, highly professional, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They arrived fully prepared, wore shoe covers upon entering, and took great care in my space. My terrace windows look absolutely spotless—couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Prime Window Company. Their professionalism, reliability, and work ethic truly stand out. They were always on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and offered very fair and competitive pricing. The team was easy to work with, responsive to questions, and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s rare to find a company with such good ethics and dedication to customer satisfaction. The quality of their work and attention to detail exceeded expectations. Overall, a dependable and trustworthy company that I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for window services.

Prime Windows is very easy to work with. They came out the same day I called and gave me a quote within one day. They scheduled the work and communication with the office was pleasant and efficient. They arrived on time and worked very diligently on my power washing and window cleaning. All areas look so much better and are very clean. Their price was better than the other companies I interviewed. I would definitely recommend hiring them and will use them again in the future.

Did an amazing job with the windows. They have never been so clean! Scheduling does take a long time and can be a bit tricky for residential, but worth the wait!
