Mazzone Ace Hardware

Exceptional, Genius Service! I cannot say enough amazing things about Carlos at Mazzone Ace Hardware! He truly went above and beyond in a way you rarely see anymore. I came in looking for a key solution, and instead of just selling me something standard, Carlos came up with a genius idea: he figured out a way to switch out the lock so I could use the existing keys I had already purchased. To top it all off, he actually skipped his own lunch just to make sure my keys were cut perfectly (200 of them) and I was taken care of. He is incredibly generous, sweet, and a absolute lifesaver. Mazzone Ace Hardware has a customer for life thanks to Carlos. If you need anything, go see him!

This place has the kind of friendly, neighborhoody feel that can be hard to find in NYC. The staff is super nice — every time I walk into the store I receive a warm welcome — and it feels like they’re really embedded in the local community. The store is also well stocked with a wide assortment of goods, and offers handy services like knife sharpening and key copies.

100***** for all associates at this store! It’s my first time come to this location. They all greet you once you come , everyone sooo nice and helpful! Louis and Joan helped me with my lists, i dont have to follow him, i only stay at the checkout and in less than 3 mins all my 7 items ready 👍 And the other female associate with long blonde hair also so nice👍 Thank you for the great experience ❤️
