Brooklyn Locksmith & Doors

I had a terrible experience with another locksmith company before calling Brooklyn Locksmith and Doors. They charged me a few hundred dollars just to replace my lock cylinder, and when they were done, my door wouldn't even lock. They took my money and left me with a door that wasn't secure. I called Brooklyn Locksmith and Doors, and from the beginning they were honest, professional, and understanding. They gave me a fair price that fit my budget and got someone out quickly. The technician explained everything clearly, fixed the problem the right way, and made sure I could safely lock my door before leaving. It's hard to find companies that genuinely care more about helping the customer than making a quick dollar. Brooklyn Locksmith and Doors earned my trust, and they'll be the only company I call from now on. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable locksmith or door repair service! I am keeping their number as my go to lock smith in Brooklyn 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Isaac specifically was great and even explained the process and made sure we understood everything before he left .

I highly recommend Brooklyn locksmith and doors. My front door’s top lock was constantly jamming, and I wanted an all-in-one solution rather than simply replacing it with another basic lock. I worked with Jack, who recommended the Lockly smart lock with an integrated deadbolt, video doorbell, camera, and solar charging—and I am extremely happy with it. The lock offers several convenient ways to enter, including fingerprint recognition, a secure PIN keypad, app access, and a traditional key backup. I can lock or unlock the door remotely, receive alerts, review activity, see who is at the door, and communicate through the camera. The solar charging also helps maintain the battery and reduces the need for frequent battery changes. As a mother, the greatest benefit is the peace of mind it gives me. I can know when my children arrive home from school and enter safely, while the built-in camera lets me monitor the front door without needing a separate device. The service was precise, professional, and responsible, and the price was fair. Jack took the time to understand what I needed and recommended a solution that genuinely worked for my home and family. I was so pleased that I have already asked him to return and replace my other locks with comparable products. Thank you, Jack, for the excellent recommendation, installation, and service!

I just had a Shabbos lock put in by Yaakov and Yitzchok. They came when they said they would and made sure it worked and looked esthetically pleasing. I am so happy with a job well done!
