Bicycle Habitat

The service I received was perfect - the staff was professional, helpful, and kind human beings. I was a little nervous picking up my bike as I had not ridden a bike in years and didn't know much about bikes in general. The staff members all made me feel at ease, like it was no big deal, and they welcomed me into the biking community with open arms. I highly recommend the Bicycle Habitat in Brooklyn!

This place is fantastic. I went here to try out some bikes and see what might fit me. After some trial runs, I purchased a bike from them, which was the same price that it was available for online. I ended up having some doubts about whether it was the right fit, so they built me two additional bikes to try. In the end, I ended up keeping my bike because it was the best fit, but because of their service, I felt a lot more confident about it. The staff here are incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and the quality and variety of bikes is fantastic. We ended up also buying a used kids bike, which my son has been loving and doesn’t even know is pre-owned. They standby the quality of their bikes and they genuinely want you to get the right thing for you. Highly recommend!

Bicycle Habitat Park Slope is great! Jim was very helpful discussing which new tires would work on my Canyon Grail given the inner width of the wheels. And even helped sort out an issue with my seatpost that had been plaguing me for months. Thank you guys!

Love going here for all my bicycle needs. They have a great trade-in program that I use for my kids' bikes. Just brought my bike in for some maintenance and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. After getting it back, it feels like I have a brand new bike!

Very grateful for the salesperson who helped buy a bike for my grandson. Staff was courteous and very helpful. I found that to be the case in both location. Well run business will definitely recommend them as often as I can.
